New Generation of TruckChasing
An old trucker buddy of mine and I were out last night, and we talked for a while about what had been going on in our lives. He made the comment about how chasing truckers has become more of a computerized experience rather than an over-the-road activity. Where he used to see chasers flashing lights, gesturing to truckers on the road, or showing off at rest areas and men's rooms, he says a lot of it now just doesn't happen anymore. He thought it could be due to the way law enforcement has come cracking down on everyone so much, but he couldn't help but feel the hook-ups were all now going on through the computer and the internet. Hmmm... he might be right.
